Gaspari Nutrition was founded in 1997 by former world-class bodybuilder, Rich Gaspari. A true inspiration to many body builders, Rich raised the standards for training and conditioning during the 80's and '90's. Rich Gaspari has taken his extensive knowledge of body building and nutrition to create Gaspari Nutrition. Rich Gaspari, nicknamed the “Dragon Slayer” has 30 years of experience in bodybuilding and fitness. Rich started training very young and quickly rose to the professional ranks, faster than anyone; becoming the youngest competitor to ever win the IFBB Mr. Universe at the age of 21. Rich Gaspari is a true legend in the sport of bodybuilding. Rich Gaspari was the former 1984 IFBB Mr. Universe Winner (World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships in Las Vegas), 1989 Arnold Classic Winner, and 3-time Mr. Olympia runner-up (2nd Place, only to 8 time Mr. Olympian Lee Haney).
